At this time, only Kinnser/WellSky is available. Devero and Axxess are not available online at this time d/t I don't see any patients from other companies.
This mimics the duplicating/clicking of previously completed available RV note. Or if you have saved a note, this will act as a template. Kinnser username and password, the patient's last and first name are needed. Visit time is optional but it will default to 0745-0830. Please enter 24-hour format in this field. Number of visits is optional, default is all "Not Yet Due" available in the hotbox for the patient will be filled. If you decide to enter a number, max is 5 visits.
Fills new wound care worksheet from previously compleated RV notes. Number of visits and Wound status are optional, however, wound status redness, etc are optional.
Wound type is required if the patient has wound with "Other" type in the wound worksheet.
RN/LPN last name should be the same case as how it appears in the hotbox. Also with discipline title(e.g. LPN)
Check "Grab old wound care Tx".
This feature is not fully implemented but you can try. It will probably give an error but more likely(90% of the time) will only fill one RV note's wound worksheet.
If one RV note is filled, you can use the "Fill Wound Notes" feature to fill the rest of other unfilled wound worksheet.
